I just peeked at cinebarre theater's blog where they post which short films have been screening, and it appears The Land Eaters is still getting some regular play there. It screened before Where the Wild Things Are in October, and before The Blind Side in November. That's pretty cool....

Whoot! I'm on Frederator Anniversary Episode

Hey! It's the 4th Anniversary of Channel Frederator, and as an animator who's been on Fred a couple times, I was asked to create a 4 second animation showing what the Frederator Robot would be doing on his 4th birthday. I ended up making my animation 20 seconds instead, but they decided to use the whole thing! It's the very first animation featured at the beginning, and the last animation at the end of the episode, where the Fredbot is knocking over the city, and a birthday cake hops up and shoots him down. I actually used the same setting and concept as I used in Paper People Jokes #6 - Purple Danger! If you'd like to check it out, I've posted the episode above for your viewing pleasure.
